Co-Pastor Janie Jo Lopez is the oldest daughter of Janie Robles (Founder & Pastor). Janie Jo was born in Houston, Texas. She moved to Bay City, Texas with her parents and siblings to build this church over 40 years ago. Janie was married to Arturo Lopez for 44 years before he suddenly passed from complications with the COVID19 virus in 2021. Janie Jo Lopez has 4 children, 6 grandchildren and 1 greatgrandchild.
Co-Pastor Janie Jo has been a critical asset and foundation for the church. With her experience, gentle natured demeanor, relatability skills and extensively has knowledge of the word of God. The various positions she has held in the church include Pastor, Deacon, Vice President of the woman's group, Director of Events, Bible Study Teacher (to include youth) and Associate Pastor. Janie Jo Lopez is an Ordained Minister, Preacher, Outreach Counselor and Mentor.
Janie Jo's favorite Bible verse is John 3:16, "For God so loved the world that he gave his only son that whoever believes in him should not perish but have everlasting life".
